为解决目前设计软件中船舶管系规格书存在的需手动录入各类信息、会消耗设计人员大量时间且准确性不足的问题,提出一种全新的船舶管系生产设计规格书模式.该模式能根据管路所处的船舶区域自动匹配相应的管系规格、试验压力、表面处理和涂装代码等信息.该模式能有效提升建模的准确性,缩短出图准备时间,减少设计差错,且能在一定程度上减少软件系统管理员前期设计规格书的工作量和后续维护规格书的工作量,起到一定的降本增效的作用.
A Study on Optimization of Production Design Specifications for Ship Piping Systems
To address the issues of time-wasting and inaccuracy caused by manual input of information concerning piping specifications to current design software,a new piping specification mode is proposed.This mode automatically matches the corresponding piping specifications,test pressure,surface treatment and coating codes according to the area where the pipeline is located.It also effectively improves the accuracy of modeling,shortens the preparation time for drawing,reduces design errors,and cuts the workload of software system administrators in the initial specification creation and subsequent maintenance,and thus plays a certain role in reducing costs and increasing efficiency for shipyards and design institutes.
