Arctic ocean has abundant oil and gas resources,and improving the technical level of China's polar oil and gas equipment can help improve China's energy supply structure and ensure national energy security.This paper comprehensively reviews the distribution of marine oil and gas resources and major oil and gas development activities in the Arctic region,and analyzes the potential oil and gas development cooperation blocks in China.On this basis,combined with the development of polar offshore drilling equipment at home and abroad,reasonable suggestions are proposed for the development of polar drilling equipment in China,providing reference and guidance for the formulation and optimization of China's offshore oil and gas equipment development strategy.
