摘要

针对传统的船舶吊舱推进器安装方法存在的精度低、效率差和安全风险高等缺点,以国产首制大型邮轮"爱达·魔都号"吊舱推进器安装为例,提出一种集成电控和液压技术的安装平台设计方案,提高吊舱推进器安装的精确性、安全性和经济性.采用先进的电控系统进行精确的操作控制,利用液压系统提供强大的动力支持,确保推进器快速、平稳和精准安装.研究表明,该大型邮轮吊舱推进器安装平台将电控系统与液压系统相结合,不仅能提高安装作业的效率和安全性,而且能为未来相关技术的应用和发展提供理论与实践基础,助力邮轮制造业的技术进步和经济效益提升.

Abstract

Aiming at the shortcomings of low accuracy,poor efficiency,and high safety risks in the traditional installation method of ship pod thrusters,this paper takes the installation of pod thrusters on the first domestically constructed large cruise ship"Adora Magic City"as the example,and proposes a design scheme for an integrated electronic control and hydraulic technology installation platform to improve the accuracy,safety,and economy of pod thruster installation.Adopting advanced electronic control system for precise operation control,combined with hydraulic system to provide powerful power support,ensuring fast,smooth and precise installation of the thruster.Research has shown that the installation platform of the large cruise ship pod thruster combines the electronic control system with the hydraulic system,which can not only improve the efficiency and safety of installation operations,but also provide theoretical and practical basis for the application and development of related technologies in the future,and help promote the technological progress and economic benefits of the cruise ship manufacturing industry.
