为提升船舶货物机械室低温管系单元吊装的效率和安全性,对吊装方案进行有限元计算分析,并对相关工艺进行设计优化.以某14 000 m3加注船货物机械室低温管系单元为例,采用HYPERMASH和MSC.Patran等软件进行有限元仿真.对低温管系单元进行初步的模型重建和网格划分,确定吊装方案并对其进行计算分析,在此基础上对重建模型、网格和吊装方案进行迭代优化,最终得到满足生产要求的有限元计算结果.
Process Design of Cargo Machinery Room Unit for a 14 000 m3 Refueling Ship
In order to improve the efficiency and safety of the low-temperature piping unit hoisting in the cargo machinery room,finite element analysis of the hoisting scheme is conducted,and relevant processes are designed and optimized.Taking the low-temperature piping unit of the cargo machinery room of a 14 000 m3 refueling ship as an example,finite element simulation is conducted using software such as HYPERMESH,MSC.Patran.Preliminary model reconstruction and mesh division are carried out for the low-temperature piping system unit,and the lifting scheme is determined and calculated and analyzed.Based on this,the reconstructed model,mesh,and lifting scheme are iteratively optimized to obtain finite element calculation results that meet production requirements.
