针对海上风电场嵌岩施工背景下采用传统的大直径Ⅲ型嵌岩单桩施工受恶劣地质的影响,成本和工期不可控的问题,以福建某风场为例,分析高压旋喷技术在大直径嵌岩单桩施工中应用的可行性.实际应用和理论计算分析结果表明,在合适的地质和高压旋喷技术的支持下,某Ⅲ型嵌岩单桩基础能成功转化为可直接打入的I型桩基础,有效缩短工期和节约施工成本,研究成果可供此类Ⅲ型嵌岩单桩的施工优化参考.
Application of High-pressure Rotating Jet Grouting Technology in Large Diameter Rock-socketed Monopile Construction Optimization
In response to the problem of traditional large-diameter type Ⅲ rock socketed monopile construction for offshore wind farms being affected by harsh geological conditions and uncontrollable cost and construction period,taking a wind farm in Fujian as an example,the feasibility of applying high-pressure rotating jet grouting technology in large-diameter rock socketed monopile construction is analyzed.The actual application and theoretical calculation analysis results show that with the support of appropriate geological and high-pressure rotation jet grouting technology,the type Ⅲ monopile can be successfully transformed into a directly driven type Ⅰ pile foundation,which can effectively shorten the construction period and save construction costs.The research results can provide reference for the construction optimization of such type Ⅲ rock socketed monopiles.
