Study on Prefabrication Tolerances in the Construction Process of Semi-submersible Wind Turbine Foundations
To enhance the safety and reliability of offshore wind farms, research is conducted on the prefabrication tolerances of the widely used semi-submersible wind power foundations during the construction process.Starting from the construction of semi-submersible wind power foundations,a TEKLA model is established based on the design drawings and construction process, according to the relevant specifications for the design of floating wind power foundation structures. The production and installation tolerances of prefabricated components are simulated, and possible errors and problems are predicted based on actual situations. On this basis, compared with the prefabricated tolerances of conventional offshore modular drilling platforms, the accuracy and quality of prefabricated components for the semi-submersible wind power foundations are improved, the cost and maintenance difficulty are reduced, and the development of the wind power industry is promoted.
