深水半潜式钻井平台隔水管配置及控制系统研究

以半潜式钻井平台"海洋石油982"配置的隔水管为研究对象,对最大作业水深为1 500 m的半潜式钻井平台的隔水管配置及控制系统进行研究.根据不同应力校核准则确定隔水管所需最小壁厚,根据API 2RD规定的方法确定空管压溃水深,根据API 16Q推荐的顶张力稳定性算法确定顶张力设定值,得出张紧器张力设置与泥浆密度的关系和工作水深与泥浆密度的关系,并给出隔水管最优配置推荐值.将基于该方法设计的隔水管配置、顶张力设置和控制系统指导方案应用于"海洋石油982"隔水管系统设计中,结果表明该方法可行,能有效解决深水半潜式钻井平台在隔水管配置、顶张力设置和控制系统设计方面存在的关键问题.
Research on the Riser Configuration and Control System for Deepwater Semi-submersible Drilling Platform
Taking the riser configuration of the semi-submersible drilling platform"HAI YANG SHI YOU 982"(HYSY982)as the research object,this study investigates the riser configuration and control system of the semi-submersible drilling platform with a maximum operating water depth of 1 500 meters.The minimum wall thickness required for the riser is determined based on different stress verification criteria,and the water depth for pipe collapse is determined according to the method specified in API 2RD.The top tension setting value is determined based on the top tension stability algorithm recommended in API 16Q.The relationship between tensioner tension setting and mud density is obtained,and the recommended optimal configuration value for the riser is provided.The guidance scheme for riser configuration,top tension setting,and control system designed based on this method is applied to the riser system design of the"HAI YANG SHI YOU 982"deepwater drilling platform.The result shows that this method is feasible and can effectively solve the key problems in riser configuration,top tension setting,and control system design of deepwater semi-submersible drilling platforms.
