Three-dimensional Design Method for Ship Anchoring System
In order to select the most suitable layout scheme in the anchoring design, taking an 80 000 DWT transport ship and an ocean engineering ship as the examples, the spatial dynamic surface of Rhino software is used for 1:1 modeling design of anchor equipment, and the three-dimensional thinking is used to make the layout of anchor equipment more reasonable and beautiful. In response to the common problems encountered in anchor layout, such as insufficient fit between anchor and anchor lip,and the difficulty in actual production and manufacturing despite the perfect design of anchor platform and anchor hole, the design process is optimized to avoid potential on-site problems in anchor equipment production and construction during the design phase, thereby making the entire anchor system design and production construction process smoother and more convenient.Through research and practice on the three-dimensional design method of anchoring systems,it can be found that this method can reduce errors and"blind spots"in two-dimensional design, providing reference for the layout of anchoring equipment for transportation and engineering ships.
