摘要
清朝收复新疆后,由于战争的破坏,乌鲁木齐地区千里成墟、百废待兴,战后重建成为首任乌鲁木齐都统索诺木策凌的首要任务.索诺木策凌从城市建设、政治建设、经济建设和文化建设四个方面入手,通过多项具有实效的措施对乌鲁木齐地区进行开发和建设.这些举措较快实现了当地乱后而治,推动了乌鲁木齐地区的社会稳定和经济发展,也为乌鲁木齐能够发展成为新疆首府起到了奠基作用.
Abstract
After Xinjiang was recaptured in the Qing Dynasty,due to the destruction of the war,the Urumqi area was in ruins,and post-war reconstruction became the priority of the first Urumqi governor,Sonom Tseling.Starting from the four main aspects:constructions of city,politics,economics and cultures,he developed and constructed the Urumqi area through a number of effective measures,quickly achieving the local ruling after chaos,thus promoting the social stability and economic development in the Urumqi region,as well as playing a fundamental role in the development of Urumqi into the capital of Xinjiang.
