Research on Efficiency Measurement and Influencing Factors of Transformation and Upgrading of Agricultural Products Processing Industry in XPCC under the Background of Rural Revitalization
Based on the panel data of agricultural products processing industry in XPCC from 2006 to 2021,this paper constructs DEA-Malmquist index model and Tobit regression model to evaluate the efficiency and influencing factors of transformation and upgrading of agricultural products processing industry in XPCC.The results show that the efficiency(ML index)of the transformation and upgrading of agricultural products processing industry in XPCC has increased from 0.968 in 2006 to 1.230 in 2021,showing an overall upward trend.The average TC index of the transformation and upgrading of agricultural products processing industry in XPCC is 1.267,which is greater than the average EC index of 1.130,indicating that the growth of ML index of the transformation and upgrading of agricultural products processing industry in XPCC is mainly attributed to the growth of TC index.The investment in scientific research has a significant positive impact on the efficiency of the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural products processing industry in XPCC,while the degree of industrial agglomeration has no significant positive impact on the efficiency.Foreign direct investment,financial support and government support all have a significant negative impact on the efficiency.Based on this,some suggestions are put forward to promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural products processing industry in XPCC.
