大数据分析能力对供应链绩效的影响研究

竞争加剧和市场环境的快速变化使得制造业商业竞争模式从企业间的竞争转变为供应链间的竞争,而大数据分析能力对于供应链管理具有重要的作用,探寻大数据分析能力对供应链绩效产生影响的作用机理可以提高供应链竞争力.该文基于协同创新视角,引入环境动态性这一变量建立调节效应模型,探究了大数据分析能力对供应链协同创新和绩效之间深层次的作用机制,以制造业供应链上企业为研究对象通过问卷调查进行实证分析,结果表明:大数据分析能力(资源整合能力、深度分析能力、应用能力)对供应链绩效具有显著的正向影响,供应链协同创新在大数据分析能力各维度与供应链绩效之间起中介作用,环境动态性对深度分析能力与供应链协同创新的关系具有正向调节作用,但对资源整合能力、应用能力与供应链协同创新的调节作用不显著.
Research on the Impact of Big Data Analysis Ability on Supply Chain Performance
The intensification of competition and the rapid change of business environment make the business competition mode of the manufacturing industry changed from competition among enterprises to the competition among supply chains,and the ability of big data analysis plays an important role in supply chain management.The mechanism of exploring the impact and performance of big data analysis ability on the supply chain can improve the competitiveness of the supply chain.Based on the perspective of collaborative innovation,this paper introduces the variable of environmental dynamics to establish a moderating effect model,exploring the deep mechanism of big data analysis ability on the relationship between collaborative innovation and performance of supply chain,and conducts empirical analysis through questionnaire survey with enterprises in the manufacturing supply chain as the research object.The results show that big data analysis ability(resource integration ability,in-depth analysis ability and application ability)has a significant positive impact on supply chain performance,collaborative innovation of supply chain plays an intermediary role between big data analysis ability and supply chain performance,and environmental dynamics plays a positive role in regulating the relationship between in-depth analysis ability and collaborative innovation of supply chain.However,the moderating effect on resource integration ability,application ability and supply chain collaborative innovation is not significant.
