摘要
党的二十大报告明确强调"城市"在生态文明建设中的主体地位,实现了习近平生态文明思想在"城市"的运用.在逻辑前提上,对马克思主义城市思想的理论借鉴、对中华优秀传统文化的智慧汲取以及对国内外城市建设的实践反思构成了"城市生态文明建设"的合理性与必要性.在历史溯源上,"城市生态文明建设"是动态性、历史性的孕育过程,福建是重要萌发地,习近平在闽工作期间的生态实践在全国开启了"生态立市"的先行先试.在现实指向上,习近平在闽工作期间的城市生态建设实践也为新时代"城市生态文明建设"提供了基本的价值遵循和实践引领.
Abstract
The report of the 20th CPC National Congress clearly emphasizes the main position of"cities"in the construction of ecological civilization,realizing the application of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought in"cities".In terms of logical premise,the theoretical reference of Marxist urban thought,the absorption of the excellent traditional Chinese culture and the practical reflection of urban construction at home and abroad confirm the rationality and necessity of"urban ecological civilization construction".Historically,the construction of urban ecological civilization is a dynamic and historical process of conception,with Fujian as an important cradle for its origination,and Xi Jinping's ecological practice during his stay in Fujian has initiated the early and pilot implementation of"ecological city"in the whole country.In reality,Xi Jinping's practice of urban ecological construction during his time in Fujian also provides the basic value and practical guidance for the construction of urban ecological civilization in the new era.
