Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of rolling needle combined with oral administration of Acitretin capsule and topical application of Halometasone cream in the treatment of primary cutaneous amyloidosis.Method Fifty-nine patients with primary cutaneous amyloidosis were randomly divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(29 cases). In the observation group, the patients were treated with rolling needle combined with oral administration of Acitretin capsule and topical application of Halometasone cream;in the control group, only oral administration of Acitretin capsule and topical Halometasone cream were administered. The changes of clinical signs and symptoms before treatment, after 2 weeks, after 4 weeks and after treatment were observed, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared after 2 weeks, after 4 weeks and after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate of the two groups in 3 months after treatment were compared.Result After 2 weeks of treatment, the symptoms and signs scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group was lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment, the symptoms and signs scores of the two groups were lower than those before and after 2 weeks of treatment, and those of the observation group was lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);after treatment, the symptoms and signs scores of the two groups were lower than those before, after 2 weeks and after 4 weeks of treatment, and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 4 weeks and after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rolling needle combined with oral administration of Acitretin capsule and topical application of halometasone cream can effectively treat primary cutaneous amyloidosis, reduce skin lesion area, improve itching and skin lesion lichenification and reduce the recurrence rate.
