摘要

高品质中药资源是中医药全产业链健康发展的物质载体和战略基石.当前,大宗药材品质退化、珍稀濒危资源匮乏,优质中药资源需求和供给矛盾日益突出,成为制约中医药高质量发展的瓶颈问题.作者团队长期从事中药品质调控与资源可持续利用研究.该文结合研究实例,从"道地药材品质形成机制研究、中药活性成分生源途径解析、中药材优良品种的培育、中药活性成分异源生物制造"几个方面阐述中药品质调控与资源可持续利用的思路和方法,为本领域相关研究提供参考和借鉴.

Abstract

The quantity of Chinese medicinal resources serves as the material basis and strategic cornerstone for the steadily development of the entire traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)industrial chain.Currently,the quality of commonly used TCM has deteriorated,coupled with the scarcity of rare and endangered resources.The contradiction between the demand and supply of high-quality TCM resources is becoming increasingly prominent,becoming a bottleneck problem that restricts the high-quality development of TCM.The authors'team has dedicated extensive efforts to long-term research focused on the quality regulation of TCM and the sustainable utilization of resources.Combined with research examples,this paper expounds the ideas and methods for quality regulation and sustainable utilization of TCM from the aspects of"mechanisms underlying the formation of authentic medicinal quality,elucidation of biosynthetic pathways of active components,cultivation of superior varieties of Chinese medicinal materials,and heterologous production of active components",so as to provide insights and reference for related research in this field.
