Study on quality grade evaluation of Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction pieces sold in regional market based on"quality evaluation through morphological identification"
Objective:To investigate the correlation between the character indexes of Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction pieces and the content of internal components,screen out feasible and controllable quality control indexes,and establish a scientific and reasonable grade standard of Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction pieces sold in regional market.Method:Based on the theory of"quality evaluation through morphological identification",the Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction pieces sold in Shanghai with different diameters and different section colors were classified.A color meter was used to measure powder color values of Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction pieces with different section colors.Combined with the content of index chemical components of decoction pieces,Pearson correlation analysis was performed by OriginLab 2021 software.Results:The diameter of Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction pieces were significantly negatively correlated with the content of total tanshinone and tanshinone ⅡA,and was highly significantly positively correlated with the contents of salvianolic acid.There was a highly significant negative correlation between the section color of Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction pieces and the L value of its powder.The L value of Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction pieces powder was highly significantly positively correlated with the content of salvianolic acid B,and the b value was highly significantly negatively correlated with the content of salvianolic acid B.Conclusion:The diameter and section color of Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction pieces can be used as the internal quality judgment indexes,which provides an objective and scientific theoretical basis for the grade standard of Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction pieces sold in Shanghai.
