中医药调控NLRP3炎性小体治疗脓毒症多器官损伤的研究进展

脓毒症是宿主对感染的免疫反应失调引起的全身炎症反应,会导致危及生命的器官功能障碍.核苷酸结合寡聚结构域(Nod)样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体在先天免疫系统中扮演着重要角色.研究表明,在脓毒症多器官损伤的进程中,NLRP3炎症小体的活化可导致全身炎症水平加重.因此,阐明NLRP3炎症小体的活化机制及其在脓毒症多器官损伤中的致病作用至关重要.该文将综述上述研究的最新研究进展,从NLRP3炎症小体的角度阐述中医药对脓毒症的治疗作用,为脓毒症多器官损伤的治疗提供一些参考.
Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine regulating NLRP3 inflammasome in treatment of multiple organ damage in sepsis
Sepsis is a systemic inflammatory response caused by the dysregulations of host immune response to infection,leading to life-threatening organ dysfunction.The nucleotide binding oligomerization domain(Nod)-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome plays an important role in the innate immune system.Studies have shown that activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome can lead to further aggravation of systemic inflammation during the process of multiple organ damage in sepsis.Therefore,it is crucial to elucidate the activation mechanism of NLRP3 inflammasome and its pathogenic role in multiple organ damage in sepsis.This article will review the latest progress of the above research,and elaborate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on sepsis from the perspective of NLRP3 inflammasome,so as to provide some references for the treatment of multiple organ damage in sepsis.
