科技与资本深度融合使得技术精英利用科技掌控巨额财富、获得巨大权力并形成层级支配,使资本主义社会呈现再封建化的发展趋势,打造了封建主义的超现代形式——技术封建主义.通过数字平台的创造建塑劳动自由的幻象、技术进步的实存营造个人平等的假象、数据生产的普遍勾勒全球链接的想象,技术封建主义显露出科技进步与文明退步的悖逆.技术封建主义的实质是资本增殖下技术资本家利用平台资本、算法资本、数据资本等技术进步的副产品打造"数字封地""云农奴""数据殖民"等社会封建的征象,进而使自身成为安享太平的"食利阶层".对此,必须从政治经济学视角对其再塑封建的潜层逻辑进行揭示与批判,廓清其资本逻辑和技术规训的实质,才能让技术进步更好服务于现代社会,真正实现技术让生活更美好.
Abstract
The deep Fusion between technology and capital has enabled tech elites to control vast wealth,gain immense power,and establish hierarchical dominance through technology,leading to a re-feudalization trend in capitalist society and the emergence of a hyper-modern form of feudalism-technological feudalism.By creating the illusion of labor freedom through digital platforms,the reality of technological progress to foster the illusion of individual equality,and the ubiquity of data production to conjure the image of global connectivity,technological feudalism reveals the paradox of technological advancement and the regression of civilization.The essence of technological feudalism lies in tech capitalists,under the impetus of capital accumulation,using by-products of technological progress such as platform capital,algorithmic capital,and data capital to create"digital fiefdoms","cloud serfs",and"data colonization",among other feudal-like social phenomena,thereby positioning themselves as the leisurely"rentier class".To address this,it is imperative to expose and criticize the underlying logic of its re-feudalization from a political economy perspective,clarifying the essence of its capital logic and technological discipline,so as to ensure that technological progress better serves modern society and truly makes life better through technology.
