消瘤汤联合化疗药物治疗消化系肿瘤69例疗效评价

摘要
目的 评价消瘤汤联合化疗药物对中晚期消化系肿瘤患者的临床疗效,以及对免疫功能的影响.方法 回顾性分析69例消瘤汤加化疗药物治疗的消化系肿瘤患者,并以52例同期收治的单纯使用化疗药物的患者为对照,比较两组的临床疗效、症状改善情况及卡氏(Karnofsky)评分;分析对免疫功能、外周血白细胞计数的影响.结果 联合治疗组的总缓解率(53.6%)明显高于对照组(28.8%),恶心呕吐、乏力、纳差等症状的平均改善率(72.0%)亦明显高于对照组(49.2%);卡氏评分治疗组提高了33.3%,而对照组只提高13.5%;NK细胞活性和巨噬细胞功能联合治疗组也明显提高,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05).结论 消瘤汤联合化疗药物对中晚期消化系肿瘤有显著疗效,明显优于单用化疗组.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of combined "Xianliu Decoction" and chemotherapy on mid-late digestive cancer and its immune function. Meth-ods Sixty-nine cases(treatment group) were treated with combined "Xianliu Decoction" and chemotherapy and retrospectively analyzed, another 52 cases(control group) were treated by chemotherapy only. The clinical efficacy, Karnofsky score, immune function and peripheral white cell counts were observed. Results The total effective rate was 53.6% in treatment group, higher than 28.8% in control group; the symptom improvement rate was 72.0% in treatment group, higher than 49.2% in control group; the Karnofsky score was increased by 33.3% in treatment group and by 13.5% in control group. Besides, the Nk cell activity and mar-ophage phagocysis were improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Combined "Xianliu Decoction" and chemo-therapy is obviously better than simple chemotherapy in the treatment of mid-late digestive cancer.
