Construction of a new inheritance model of"unity in diversity"based on development history of Shanghai School of Traumatology
The Shanghai School of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)developed as a unique medical cultural phenomenon, shaped by the specific multifactorial environment of modern Shanghai. It occupies an important place in the history of TCM development in China, known for its distinctive regional characteristics and rich cultural connotations.Inheritance is the lifeline of TCM development, and different inheritance models determine the rise and fall of various schools.By reviewing the development history of the Shanghai School of Traumatology, summarizing the inheritance experience of the Shi's Traumatology,we propose to integrate various Shanghai Traumatology schools into a centralized diagnosis and treatment center. This center will fully promote the distinctive advantages of each school, and will incorporate various inheritance models, including mentorship by famous TCM practitioners,TCM practitioner studios, talent training programs, and postgraduate education.By combining the"one leading multiple"and"multiple leading one"mentorship models,we aim to explore a new inheritance model of"unity in diversity"for the inheritance and development of traumatology schools.
