血管内皮生长因子信号通路在脊髓损伤中的作用及其中医药干预研究进展

脊髓损伤是一种严重的神经系统疾病,目前尚无有效的治疗方法.血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)信号通路在脊髓损伤中起着重要作用,其调控血管生成、细胞增殖和神经再生等过程.综述VEGF信号通路在脊髓损伤中的作用机制,探讨其在损伤修复过程中的重要作用.同时,还就中医药干预脊髓损伤的研究进展进行了总结.中医药作为传统的治疗方法,具有独特的优势,在脊髓损伤的治疗中也取得了一定的疗效,例如中药和针灸治疗能通过调节VEGF信号通路促进神经再生和损伤修复,为脊髓损伤的治疗提供了新的思路和方法,但同时也需要进一步的基础研究和临床应用进行验证,以期为脊髓损伤的治疗提供更加有效的方法和手段.
Role of vascular endothelial growth factor signaling pathway in spinal cord injury and research progress on its traditional Chinese medicine intervention
Spinal cord injury is a serious neurological disease for which there is currently no effective treatment.The vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)signaling pathway plays an important role in spinal cord injury.It is involved in regulating processes such as angiogenesis,cell proliferation,and nerve regeneration.This article reviews the mechanism of VEGF signaling pathway in spinal cord injury and explores its important role in injury repair process.At the same time,a summary is made on the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in spinal cord injury.As a traditional treatment method,traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages and has also achieved certain effects in the treatment of spinal cord injury.For example,traditional Chinese medicine as well as acupuncture and moxibustion can promote nerve regeneration and injury repair by regulating the VEGF signal pathway,providing new ideas and methods for the treatment of spinal cord injury.However,it also needs further basic research and clinical application to verify,in order to provide more effective methods and means for the treatment of spinal cord injury.
