摘要

2008年金融危机肆虐全球,中国中小企业面临生存危机.据社科院调查,40%的中小企业已经倒闭,还有40%在生死边缘挣扎.如何度过这个金融危机并获得长足的发展,就必须向德国的中小企业学习,成为隐形冠军.西蒙指出,隐形冠军有三个含义:1.某一个细分市场的绝对领先者,以市场占有率衡量,它们占据世界市场的前三位,或者至少是本土市场的老大;2.年销售额一般不超过40亿美元;3.公众知名度低.
