摘要
建设中华民族现代文明是新时代赋予我们的文化使命.作为发展中国家最集中的大陆,非洲同样处于现代文明建设的进程中.中华传统文化和非洲文化具有相通性,奠定了中非共建现代文明的思想基础.中非两大文明在求同存异的基础上进行交流互鉴,取长补短,最终将实现共同发展.中非共建现代文明生动体现了习近平文化思想的世界意义,有助于打破西方中心主义文明观,构建中非文明观话语体系;提升发展中国家在国际事务中的话语权,构建更加公正合理的全球治理体系;促进世界和平与发展,推动构建高水平中非命运共同体和人类命运共同体.在中非共建现代文明的过程中,要以习近平文化思想和泛非主义为指导,从双方的优秀传统文化入手探索中非文明的新融合,以中非对现代化道路的探索为根本落脚点,积极落实全球文明倡议,全方位推动中非文明交流互鉴,促进中非现代文明发展与人类文明进步.
Abstract
Building a modern Chinese civilization is our cultural mission in the new era.As a continent with the largest concentration of developing countries,Africa is in the process of building a modern civilization.The similarities between Chinese and African civi-lizations have laid the ideological basis for China and Africa to jointly build a modern civili-zation.By conducting exchanges and mutual learning on the basis of seeking common ground while reserving differences,the two civilizations of China and Africa will ultimately achieve common development.Co-constructing modern Chinese and African civilizations manifests the global significance of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture.It helps to refute the Western-cen-tric view of civilization,build a discourse system of China-Africa view of civilization,en-hance the voice of developing countries in international affairs,and build a more just and reasonable global governance system.Ultimately,it will promote world peace and develop-ment as well as the joint construction of a community with a shared future for China and Af-rica and a community with a shared future for mankind.In the process of jointly building modern Chinese and African civilizations,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture shall guide the practices in building a modern Chinese civilization,and pan-Africanism should be the guiding theory in building a modern African civilization.Both parties should explore the new harmonization of Chinese and African civilizations,starting with finding similar values in the excellent traditional cultures of both sides.Co-constructing modern Chinese and African civilizations shall take the exploration of the road to modernization as the fundamental foot-hold,actively implement the Global Civilization Initiative,push forward exchanges and mutual learning between Chinese and African civilizations in an all-round way,and pro-mote the development of modern civilizations in China and Africa as well as the progress of the entire human civilization.
