Innovation is the core of sustainable,ecological and digital development of economy and enhancement of national competitiveness in today's era.Scientific changes and technological and industrial revolutions are the key indicators of a country's innovation status and the target point of further innovation.Talents are the driving force and core elements of the innovation.In the face of deep tech challenges,the European Union,in order to ensure its competitive edge in the global market,has introduced a series of innovative talent policies,and the New Innovation Agenda for Europe released in 2022,which closely links the cultivation of innovative talents with the EU's development strategy,further clarifies the target positioning,and takes multiple measures to promote and implement the cultivation of innovative talents in higher education:build a network for European universities,and strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents;strengthen horizontal coordination,and build an EU innovation ecosystem;innovate talent training methods,and strengthen the connection with the labor market;establish cooperation platforms,and expand funding channels for the cultivation of innovative talents,etc.
