法国传统文化教育:内容、政策与实践

法国传统文化教育主要通过共和国原则与价值观教育、文化与艺术教育实现.其中,共和国原则与价值观教育主要通过主题性、渐进式、多学科渗透的道德与公民教育实现;组织与实施方式呈现以课堂教学为主、以丰富的课外活动为辅、以竞赛助力学习与实践的特点;师资培训注重制定以国家要求为导向的能力标准框架,职前培养与在职培训并重;社会协作支撑体系以政府制定的参考标准与指南为导向,以网络资源与专业组织的支持为支撑.文化与艺术教育以艺术课为主要载体实施,辅以文化艺术活动和教育项目;以"文化与艺术教育之路"为主要路径实施;师资培训注重职前培养与在职持续性专业培训相结合;通过立法、教育章程、多机构参与机制、资源平台形成社会协作支撑体系.结合我国国情,为进一步推进中华优秀传统文化教育的开展,提出发展系统观视域下的以主题为导向的跨学科合作教学设计、将多主体参与的实践融入学生的成长之路、构建多元支撑系统下的学习共同体等发展方向.
A Study of the Traditional Culture Education in France:Content,Policy,and Practice
In France,the traditional culture education mainly focuses on the education of principles and values of the Republic,as well as culture and arts education.On one hand,the education of republican principles and values is mainly realized through thematic,progressive and multidisciplinary moral and civic education,which is organized and implemented primarily by classroom teaching,supplemented by rich extracurricular activities and featured by competitive activities that drive learning and practice.In terms of teacher training,it focuses mainly on the formulation of a framework of competency standards based on national requirements,and gives equal importance to pre-service and in-service training.As for the support system for social collaboration,it is guided by the reference standards and guidelines set by the government,and supported by network resources and professional organizations.On the other hand,the culture and art education is implemented through art classes,supplemented by cultural and art activities and educational programs,in which the"Culture and Art Education Pathway"program is the main pathway in practice.In terms of teacher training,it focuses on combining pre-service training and continuous in-service professional training.With regards to its social collaboration support system,it is formed through the legislation,educational statutes,mechanisms for multi-institutional participation,and resource platforms.Based on our own national situation,it is suggested that to further promote the development of Chinese traditional culture education,the theme-oriented interdisciplinary collaborative teaching design should be developed from a systemic perspective.Furthermore,the multi-participant practices should be integrated into students'growth paths;and a learning community under a multi-support system should be built up.
