The Belt and Road has created conditions and built bridges for greater openness in education and enhanced international talent development and cooperation.There is a deep foundation and potential for cooperation between China and ASEAN in education opening.Over the years,China and ASEAN countries have carried out rich cooperation in traditional education fields such as universal education,higher education,and vocational education.Additionally,they have made significant progress in expanding industry-education integration,fostering international organization talents,and developing new digital talent training.Looking ahead,China and ASEAN countries should achieve higher-level,deeper and more influential institutional openness in the field of people-to-people exchanges.
