The Exploration of Six Gulf Countries:Education and Talent Reform as Drivers for Economic Transformation
In recent years,the six Gulf countries have tried to drive economic transformation and diversified development through education and talent reform,in the mean time they are faced with shortcomings such as a highly segmented labor market and weak support for education and talent resources.To this end,it supports the development of education and talent through national strategies,gathers high-quality international education resources through the"education hub"strategy,strengthens the education and training of local talent,and continuously improves the working and living conditions of foreigners to attract high-quality talents.The six Gulf countries have achieved certain results but still face problems,such as the structure of the talent team,and the synergy between the development of education,talent,science and technology and industry.The exploration of the six Gulf countries has inspired China to gather high-quality international factor resources by deepening the opening up of education and overseas talent introduction,promote reforms in key areas such as the independent training ability of high-quality talents by opening up,and continue to strengthen the systematization,integrity and strategy of education and talent work.
