The cultivation of top innovative talents in Israel is closely related to military needs,forming a practical demand-driven mode represented by the Talpiot project.Firstly,this paper provides an overview of the overall development of education and technology in Israel,as well as the advantages and challenges in technological innovation.Secondly,the paper focuses on the Talpiot project as a representative of cultivating top innovative talents,examining its selection mechanism,curriculum setting,and practical training characteristics.Furthermore,it discusses the challenges facing Israel's cultivation of top innovative talents,including international competitive pressure,dependence on foreign investment for technological development,and declining quality of basic education.Lastly,based on the analysis and considering China's practical situation,the paper offers insights into the cultivation of top innovative talents in China,proposing suggestions such as using comprehensive evaluation to select different types of gifted students,relying on practical projects to cultivate students'innovation ability in real scenes,and helping students establish long-term career planning.
