Analysis on the Development and Trend of Advanced Manufacturing Talent Cultivation in Major Developed Countries
With the advent of a new round of industrial revolution,the cultivation of advanced manufacturing talents has become an important issue at the strategic level in various countries.Countries around the world have strengthened their top-level design and explored diversified practices to cultivate advanced manufacturing talents adapted to the needs of the new era.Taking major developed countries such as the United States,the United Kingdom,South Korea,Japan,Germany,Singapore as the research objects,this article analyzes the advanced manufacturing talent cultivation policy,cultivation practice and support system of each country,aiming to provide reference for China to build an advanced manufacturing talent cultivation system in line with our national conditions.The inspiration for our country is to advocate for the multiple stakeholders,including the government,universities,enterprises and other multi-party subjects to participate in the formation of synergy,to provide a full range of support for the cultivation of advanced manufacturing talents.
