教育数字化:经合组织的政策愿景与战略规划

新兴数字技术为教育高质量发展开辟了新路径,探究技术如何赋能教育已成为战略核心议题.经合组织教育政策委员会致力于推动全球教育系统创新与变革,开展教育研究并促进国际合作.文章基于经合组织教育政策委员会会议关于数字时代教育发展的核心议题及相关报告,梳理并分析经合组织数字教育发展的愿景与战略规划,为促进我国数字教育发展机制创新提供参考:数字教育发展应鼓励教育教学创新研究,提升师生人工智能素养,实施持续性评估以保持战略规划更新,推动跨部门、跨域合作,形成上下联动、多元协同的数字教育发展格局.
Digitalization of Education:OECD Policies Vision and Strategic Plans
Emerging digital technologies have opened up new pathways for the high-quality education development,making the exploration of how technology can empower education a core strategic issue.The OECD Education Policy Committee is dedicated to promoting innovation and transformation in global education systems,conducting educational research,and facilitating international cooperation.This article,based on the core issues and related reports from the OECD Education Policy Committee meetings on the development of education in the digital age,outlines and analyzes the OECD's vision and strategic planning for digital education development.It aims to provide a reference for the innovation of digital education development mechanisms in China.The development of digital education should encourage innovative research in education and teaching,enhance the AI literacy of teachers and students,implement continuous assessments to keep strategic plans up-to-date,promote cross-departmental and cross-sector collaboration,and form an integrated,multi-stakeholder digital education development pattern.
