Policy Trends of Internationalization of Turkish Higher Education——An Introduction to Sino-Turkish Cooperation and Exchange in Higher Education
As the"crossroads"of Asia and Europe and an important node along the Belt and Road,Turkey's higher education internationalization policy and its development trend not only affect its own education development,but also serve as one of the foundations of educational cooperations and exchanges between China and Turkey.In recent years,Turkey has been actively integrating into the European Higher Education Area(EHEA),striving to build a regional differentiated higher education system,and keeping up with the trend of global higher education reforms.Combined with Turkey's national strategy,talent exchange mechanism,and the current trends of Turkey's higher education exchanges and cooperations in the international situation,this article analyze the advantages and space for Sino-Turkish educational exchanges and cooperations from the perspective of prerequisites,talent cultivation and future goals:synergizing strategic development needs of the same,establishing bilateral high-level talent exchange mechanism,and jointly helping developing countries'"de-marginalization".
