Research on the Operation Mode of Funds in the University of Michigan
As a public Ivy League university,the University of Michigan has rich experience in fund execution,raising,and allocation,which strongly supports the university to maintain its world-class level.By analyzing the funding operation philosophy,funding execution process,main sources,amounts and structures of fund raising,main directions,amounts and structures of allocation,and funding execution strategies to address challenges of funding cuts of the University of Michigan,it is proposed to establish a clear division of rights and responsibilities for funding operation mechanism,try more flexible and bold fundraising methods,attach importance to faculty and student fund support,adjust funding strategies according to the times,promote the digital construction of university funding management,and establish a fund performance evaluation system responsible to teachers,students,government,and society.
