Establishing the Intelligent Informational Platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)with Pathogenesis as the Core Under the Background of TCM individualized research
Individualized diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristic of complex and dynamic.Due to the lack of applicability evaluation methods,the analysis of clinical data and the output of evidence are limited seriously.With the advent of the era of Artificial Intelligence,data mining,in-depth learning and other technologies are used to analyze massive data of diagnosis and treatment,assisting the generation of individualized TCM research evidence and building the intelligent information platform of traditional Chinese medicine,which could provide support for clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine.However,there are many bottlenecks in the current intelligent information platform.One of the essential reasons is the lack of guidance of TCM theories and methods,which makes the thought of TCM diagnosis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation unable to be integrated effectively.Therefore,this research proposes to take the pathogenesis as the theoretical core of data mining and depth learning in individualized research of traditional Chinese medicine,and explore a new model for the construction of intelligent platform for traditional Chinese medicine.
