目的 探究中医药治疗冠心病合并焦虑抑郁相关领域的研究热点、前沿及趋势。方法 在中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang)、维普(VIP)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)数据库、Web of Science数据库中检索相关文献，使用CiteSpace5。7。R2软件对文献作者、机构、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果 共634篇中文文献、55篇英文文献纳入研究，其中赵海滨为发文量最多的作者、北京中医药大学为发文最多的机构，各机构与科研人员合作程度较低。该领域的研究热点是冠心病尤其是PCI术后或心肌梗死后合并焦虑抑郁的中医药辨证论治、中西医结合治疗，中成药、经典复方汤剂、中医非药物疗法对冠心病合并焦虑抑郁的临床和机制研究。结论 中医药治疗冠心病合并焦虑抑郁的研究正处于快速发展阶段，其发展方向可能由临床研究转向相关网络药理学和中药复方作用机制的研究。
Visual Analysis of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Anxiety and Depression Treated With Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on CiteSpace
Objective To explore the research hotspots,frontiers and trends of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated by anxiety and depression.Methods CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed and Web of Science databases were searched for relevant literature,and CiteSpace 5.7.R2 software was used to visually analyze the authors,institutions and keywords.Results A total of 634 Chinese articles and 55 English articles were included in the study,involving 483 authors,including Zhao Haibin as the author with the largest number of publications,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as the institution with the most publications,and the degree of cooperation between institutions and researchers was low.The research focus in this field are TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation or integrated Chinese and western treatment of coronary heart disease especially after PCI or myocardial infarction complicated with anxiety and depression and clinical and mechanism study of Chinese patent medicine、classic Compound Decoction and TCM non-drug therapy on coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety and depression.Conclusion The research on the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety and depression by traditional Chinese medicine is in a rapid development stage,and its development direction may shift from clinical efficacy to network pharmacology and pathogenesis research.
