免疫炎症在冠心病中的作用及中医药研究进展

摘要
免疫炎症是贯穿冠心病发生发展的关键病理环节之一,其中固有免疫相关细胞(单核细胞等)和适应性免疫相关细胞(T细胞等)在冠状动脉粥样硬化的发生过程中扮演重要角色.研究发现,通过调节免疫炎症可以发挥抗动脉粥样硬化的作用,免疫炎症成为临床治疗的新靶点,部分疫苗与抗体已陆续开展临床试验,并显示出一定的临床疗效.探索中医药在冠心病免疫炎症的作用机制,或能为中药新药研发提供新的思路.
Abstract
Immune inflammation is one of the critical pathological processes linking to the development of coronary heart disease,in which innate immune-related cells(monocytes,etc.)and adaptive immune-related cells(T cells,etc.)play an important role in this process.Numerous studies have found that regulating immune inflammation can inhibit atherosclerosis.Immune inflammation has become a new therapeutic target,while some vaccines and antibodies have been carried out clinical trials,and show certain clinical efficacy.Exploring the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine on immune inflammation of coronary heart disease may provide new ideas for the research and development of new traditional Chinese medicine.
