基于"五脏元真通畅"理论探讨贾立群教授防治老年肿瘤的经验

摘要
"五脏元真通畅"是中医防治疾病的重要指导原则,其核心在于使五脏功能协调有序、经络通调畅达、气血阴阳平衡.贾立群教授认为老年肿瘤虚、痰、瘀、毒等病理过程与"五脏元真"密切相关,"五脏元真不足"是老年肿瘤发生的根本原因,"五脏元真失畅"为其发生的基本病机,治疗上应充五脏之元真,畅五脏之元真,并以五脏气血冲和,阴阳平衡为度.综合防治老年肿瘤,使"五脏元真"归于"通畅"的状态,才能"人即安和".
Abstract
"Unlocked circulation of five Zang-organs'essence"is an important guiding principle for the prevention and treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,and its core lies in the coordination and order of the functions of the five zang-organs,smooth adjustment of meridians and collaterals and the balance of qi and blood,yin and yang.Professor Jia believes that the pathological processes such as deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis and toxin in elderly patients with tumor are closely related to the five Zang-organs."Insufficiency of five Zang-organs'essence"is the fundamental cause of tumor in elderly,and"circulation of five Zang-organs'essence obstructed"is the basic pathogenesis of its occurrence.In terms of treatment,with the harmony of qi and blood of the five Zang-organs and the balance of yin and yang as the degree,five Zang-organs'essence should be filled and smoothed.Through comprehensive prevention and treatment of elderly tumors,so as to put the"five Zang-organs'essence"into a"circulation"state,so that"people will keep fit".
