摘要
推动中医药现代化发展,对于国家,能够更好地服务于国家现代化的建设、国家社会经济的发展、健康中国的建设;对于行业,能够加快推动行业提质增效、实现高质量创新发展;对于群众,能够更好地服务人民群众生命健康、提高人民群众感受度.本文围绕中医药行业贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署,立足新发展阶段,完整、准确、全面贯彻新发展理念,从中医药现代化的概念与内涵、战略依据、战略路径、战略思路、基本原则、战略评价维度等方面展开论述,最终从健康服务、科技创新、教育、产业、文化传播、治理体系和治理能力等方面提出推动中医药现代化的战略策略.
Abstract
Promoting the modernization of TCM can facilitates the modernization of nation,the development of national social economy,and the construction of a"healthy"China;industrially,it improves of the quality and efficiency,achieving qualitative innovation and development;for the general public,it ameliorates the lifestyle and the perception of the people on being healthy.This article focuses on TCM industry,whilst executing the policies of the State Council.Based on the current stage of development,the modernization of TCM and its essential philosophy,strategic background and pathway,basic principles,this article strives to explore the most appropriate methods to modernize TCM in terms of healthcare,technology,education,industry,culture and management system.
