数智时代下民族医药产业创新发展:现实困境、内在逻辑与实现路径

随着数字技术在医药产业中不断融合应用,民族医药产业处于数字转型升级关键时期.数智技术将为民族医药产业创新发展提供新动能,驱动组织改革和创新,发展产业新业态、新模式.本文从四个方面分析数智时代下民族医药产业创新发展面临的现实困境,总结国内外数智技术助推民族医药产业创新发展经验,并在此基础上辨明数智技术促进民族医药产业创新发展内在逻辑.提出通过加大数智基础设施建设、加快多路径产业融合等措施,优化产业数字要素配置,提升民族医药产业数字化发展的生产效率、创新效率和运营效率.
Abstract
With the continuous integration and application of digital technology in the pharmaceutical industry,the national pharmaceutical industry is in a critical period of digital transformation and upgrading.Digital intelligence technology will become a new kinetic energy for the innovation and development of the national medicine industry,drive organizational reform and innovation,and develop new industry forms and new models.This paper describes the realistic dilemmas facing the innovation and development of the national medicine industry in the era of digital intelligence from four aspects,summarizes the experience of promoting the innovation and development of the national medicine industry by digital intelligence technology at home and abroad,and identifies the internal logic of promoting the innovation and development of the national medicine industry by digital intelligence technology on this basis.It is proposed to optimize the configuration of industrial digital elements and enhance the production efficiency,innovation efficiency and operation efficiency of the digital development of the national medicine industry by increasing the construction of digital intelligence infrastructure and accelerating the integration of multi-path industries.
