Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Adhesion of Helicobacter Pylori
The infection rate of Helicobacter pylori remains high worldwide,and early prevention and treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection is crucial.The primary task of prevention and treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection is anti-adhesion,and the anti-adhesion targets of traditional Chinese medicine are diverse and have obvious advantages.The adhesion mechanisms of Helicobacter pylori mainly include acid adaptation,adhesin binding to receptors,and changes in gastric microecology.The mechanism of anti-adhesion in traditional Chinese medicine can be divided into direct anti-adhesion to build gastric mucosal barrier,inhibit the expression of Helicobacter pylori adhesion and change the living environment of H.pylori and indirect anti-adhesion to improve the body's immunity.This article reviews the pharmacodynamic mechanism of TCM against H.pylori adhesion in recent years,aiming to provide new ideas for the study of H.pylori adhesion mechanism and the prevention and treatment of H.pylori infection with TCM.
