我国中药消杀产品的专利布局与技术发展趋势分析

目的 从专利视角,分析我国中药消毒和杀菌(消杀)产品的发展趋势、技术热点和产业布局,为技术研发、市场开拓、产业政策提供参考。方法 以中药消杀产品为研究对象,制订和优化专利检索策略,获取专利数据,清洗加工之后,完成数据分析和可视化。结论 由专利分析结果可见,我国中药消杀产品的研发,整体上历经了起步、快速发展和下降阶段,目前正处于由粗放型发展模式向高质量发展模式转化的时期;A61K配制品和C11D洗涤剂是专利申请最多的技术领域;金银花、芦荟、苦参、薄荷是常用中药品种;洗剂和溶液类型是主要剂型;山东、江苏、广东等东南发达省份处于领先水平,中西部及少数民族地区相对落后;大学和科研机构是研发活动的主体,相比个人在专利数量和质量上具有显著优势。
Analysis of Patent Layout and Technology Development Trend of TCM Disinfection Products
Objective The development trend,technical hotspot and industrial distribution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)sterilization disinfection products(SDP)had been analyzed from the perspective of patent,which can provide reference for technological research and development,market development and industrial policy.Methods The TCM SDP was taken as analysis object,the patent retrieval strategy was formulated and optimized.Then,the patent data was collected.After data cleaning and processing,analysis and visualization has been carried.Conclusion Based on the results of patent analysis,it can be seen that the research and development of Chinese herbal sterilization and disinfection products in China has experienced stages of starting,rapid development,and decline as a whole.Currently,it is in a period of transformation from an extensive development model to a high-quality development model.A61K and C11D are the technical fields with the most patent applications.Honeysuckle,aloe,sophora flavescens,and mint are the most commonly used Chinese herbal varieties.Lotion and solution types are the main dosage forms.Developed provinces in the southeast such as Shandong,Jiangsu,and Guangdong are at the leading level,while the central and western regions and ethnic minority areas are relatively backward.Universities and scientific research institutions are the main bodies of research and development activities,and compared with individuals,they have significant advantages in terms of the number and quality of patents.
