摘要
全球大变局下,"文明"叙事被给予新的重视.中俄两国不约而同地提出强化构建本国文明的内外叙事,以此稳固国家内外发展的良好环境和国际影响力.虽然倡导文明多样性、主张文明对话,构成中俄文明叙事的重要共识基础,但两国在践行这些共识的过程中呈现出"双向失衡"的落差.新形势下,两国可从构建文明对话机制回应"民主一威权"二元虚假对立、以巩固文明多样性创新新型现代化理念、以强化多元文明共存探寻构建多极世界的持续路径等三个方向,继续夯实并积极践行中俄文明叙事的共识.
Abstract
Under the great global changes,"civilization"narrative has been given new attention.Both China and Russia have proposed to strengthen the construction of internal and external narrative of their own civilizations respectively,so as to stabilize the good environment and boost international influence for national development both at home and abroad.Although advocating the diversity of civilizations and dialogue among civilizations constitutes an important consensus basis for China and Russia to narrate their respective civilizations,the two countries show a"two-way imbalance"in the process of implementing this consensus.Under new situation,the two countries can continue to consolidate and actively implement the China-Russia consensus of civilization narrative from the following three directions:respond to the false dichotomy opposition of"democracy and authoritarianism"by building a dialogue mechanism of civilizations,innovate new concepts of modernization by consolidating the diversity of civilizations,and explore the sustainable path of building a multipolar world by strengthening the coexistence of diverse civilizations.
