黄栌枯萎病防治药剂筛选和助剂的作用

摘要
为了筛选出更适合防治黄栌枯萎病的化学药剂,探讨高效脂溶性渗透剂柔脂通对黄栌枯萎病化学防治的增效作用,选择6种内吸性药剂进行室内抑菌和毒力试验,然后利用盆栽苗进行化学药剂添加助剂柔脂通防治枯萎病试验.结果表明:6种内吸性药剂对黄栌枯萎病原菌大丽轮枝菌Verticillium dahliae均有较好的抑菌效果,30%噁霉灵水剂(AS)、1.2%辛菌胺醋酸盐AS、70%甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂(WP)的致死中浓度EC50值依次分别为0.030,0.043,0.309 g/mL;30%噁霉灵AS 100倍液与16%柔脂通乳油(EC)200倍液等体积混合对黄栌枯萎病盆栽苗的相对防治效果达到75.96%,未添加柔脂通EC的相对防治效果仅为28.92%.柔脂通对黄栌枯萎病化学防治的增效作用明显.
Abstract
To screen out more suitable systemic chemicals for the prevention and control of verticillium wilt of Cotinus coggygria and explore the synergistic effect of Rouzhitong,a highly efficient fat-soluble penetrant,on the chemical control of verticillium wilt,six kinds of systemic fungicides were selected for indoor antifungal and virulence tests,the control experiments of verticillium wilt of C.coggygria potted seedlings were carried out by adding the adjuvant Rouzhitong to chemicals.The results showed that all six systemic fungicides had a good antifungal effect on Verticillium dahliae,pathogen of verticillium wilt of C.coggygria,median lethal concentration of hymexazol 30%AS,xinjunan acetate 1.2%AS and thiophanate-methyl 70%WP were 0.030,0.043,0.309 g/mL,respectively.The relative control effect of hymexazol 30%AS 100 times dilution mixed with equivalent volume of Rouzhitong 16%EC 200 times dilution on verticillium wilt of C.coggygria potted seedlings reached 75.96%,while the relative control effect of fungicides without adding adjuvant was no more than 28.92%.The synergistic effect of adjuvant on the chemical control of verticillium wilt of C.coggygria was evident.
