松褐天牛肿腿蜂对东亚伪花天牛的寄生性

为明确松褐天牛肿腿蜂Sclerodermus alternatusi对东亚伪花天牛Anastrangalia dissimilis的寄生性,以东亚伪花天牛老熟幼虫和蛹为替代寄主,在人工气候箱内研究松褐天牛肿腿蜂能否成功寄生,及寄生后其子代的发育情况等。结果表明:松褐天牛肿腿蜂可寄生东亚伪花天牛老熟幼虫和蛹,且其对2种虫态的寄生率和子代羽化率差异显著;雌蜂产卵前期分别为6。15 d和6。29 d,子代卵期分别为3。71 d和3。90 d,幼虫期分别为7。13 d和7。22 d,蛹期分别为17。92 d和17。78 d,卵―蛹历期分别为28。76 d和29。00 d,均无显著差异;子代雌蜂数量分别为32。00头/管和19。28头/管,子代蜂总数分别为33。68头/管和20。56头/管,差异均显著;子代雄蜂数量分别为1。68头/管和1。28头/管,差异不显著;子代雄性比分别为5。08%和6。28%,差异显著。利用东亚伪花天牛老熟幼虫繁育松褐天牛肿腿蜂,其子代羽化率更高,获得的子代雌蜂数量和子代蜂总数量更多,老熟幼虫的繁蜂效果优于蛹。该结果可为松褐天牛肿腿蜂的人工繁育提供基础信息资料。
Parasitism of Sclerodermus alternatusi on Anastrangalia dissimilis
To evaluate the parasitism of Sclerodermus alternatusi on Anastrangalia dissimilis,the mature larvae and pupae of A.dissimilis were used as substitute hosts to study the parasitism of S.alternatusi and the development of its progeny after parasitism in the artificial climate chamber.The results showed that S.alternatusi could parasitize both the mature larva and pupa of A.dissimilis,and the parasitism rate and the progeny emergence rate of S.alternatusi on the mature larvae of A.dissimilis were significantly higher than that on the pupae.There were no significant differences between the mature larva and pupa of A.dissimilis in the pre-oviposition period of female S.alternatusi,and the egg stage,larval stage,pupal stage,and egg‒pupa stage of S.alternatusi progeny.When female S.alternatusi parasitized on the mature larva and pupa of A.dissimilis,their average pre-oviposition periods were 6.15 days and 6.29 days,the duration of the progeny egg stage were 3.71 days and 3.90 days,the duration of larva stage were 7.13 days and 7.22 days,the duration of pupa stage were 17.92 days and 17.78 days,and duration of egg-pupa stage were 28.76 days and 29.00 days,respectively.Both the female progeny number and the total progeny number of S.alternatusi parasitized on the mature larvae of A.dissimilis were significantly higher than that parasitized on the pupae of A.dissimilis.The number of female progeny S.alternatusi developed on the mature larvae and pupae of A.dissimilis were 32.00 and 19.28 per host,the number of the progeny were 33.68 and 20.56 per host,respectively;and all the differences between the mature larva and pupa were significant.While,the number of male progeny showed no significant differences between the mature larva and pupa of A.dissimilis,and the average number of male progeny were 1.68 and 1.28 per host,the male progeny proportion showed significant differences,and they were 5.08%and 6.28%,respectively.Using the mature larva of A.dissimilis as alternative host to breed S.alternatusi,the emergence rate of progeny was higher,the number of female progeny and the total number of progeny were more,and the breeding effect of mature larvae was better than that of pupae.This study result can provide new references for artificial breeding of S.alternatusi.
