花椒棉蚜发生动态、抗药性水平及防治药剂筛选

为明确花椒园棉蚜Aphis gossypii的发生动态、最佳防治时期和抗药性水平,筛选其防治药剂,采用对角线五点抽样法调查花椒园棉蚜的发生动态,室内生物测定陕西省4个市县的棉蚜种群对6种常用药剂的抗性水平,田间筛选棉蚜的最佳防治药剂。结果表明:棉蚜在花椒生长季节均有发生,发生高峰期为5月中旬、7月上旬或8月上旬;韩城地区的棉蚜种群对吡虫啉、啶虫脒、毒死蜱、高效氯氟氰菊酯、联苯菊酯和阿维菌素均表现出抗性,岐山县和凤县的棉蚜种群对6种药剂均无抗药性;氟啶虫酰胺、螺虫乙酯和阿维菌素的室内毒力效果较好,田间试验时50%氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂(WG)速效性和持效性较好。4月下旬至5月上旬是防治花椒园棉蚜的关键时期,建议使用氟啶虫酰胺、噻虫嗪或螺虫乙酯等药剂进行防治。
Occurrence dynamics,insecticide resistance of Aphis gossypii in Zanthoxylum bungeanum field and screening insecticides for control
To clarify the occurrence dynamics,optimal control period,insecticide resistance level of Aphis gossypii in Zanthoxylum bungeanum field and screen control insecticides,the occurrence dynamics of A.gossypii was investigated by diagonal five-point sampling method,the resistance of A.gossypii populations in four counties of Shaanxi province to six common pesticides and optimal control insecticides was tested by indoor bioassay and insecticide screening in field.The results showed that A.gossypii occurred during the growing season of Z.bungeanum,with peak periods occurring in mid-May,early-July or early-August.A.gossypii population in Hancheng city showed resistance to imidacloprid,acetamiprid,chlorpyrifos,lambda-cyhalothrin,bifenthrin and abamectin.On the contrary,A.gossypii population in Qishan county and Feng county showed no resistance to the six pesticides.Flonicamid,spirotetramat and avermectin had better indoor toxicity effects.Flonicamid 50%water dispersible granules(WG)showed rapid efficiency and good persistence in field.The crucial period for controlling A.gossypii in Z.bungeanum field was from late-April to early-May,and it was suggested that applying flonicamid,thiamethoxam or spirotetramat to control A.gossypii.
