云杉大小蠹的危害特征及不同防治方法的防治效果

摘要
为了明确云杉大小蠹Dendroctonus micans对青海云杉Picea crassifolia和紫果云杉Picea pur-purea的危害情况以及不同防治方法的防治效果,在野外样地调查云杉大小蠹的发生危害特征,采用刮皮处理、药剂处理进行防治试验.结果表明:云杉大小蠹可危害青海云杉和紫果云杉,青海云杉的受害率高于紫果云杉;危害部位在树干2.5 m以下,树高10~25 m和胸径20~45 cm的青海云杉受害严重,且云杉大小蠹的发生与郁闭度呈一定的线性负相关;刮皮处理对云杉大小蠹的防治效果达100%,树干打孔注药和树干喷药的防治效果均超过95%.该研究结果可为云杉大小蠹的生态学研究和治理提供参考.
Abstract
To identify the damage of Dendroctonus micans against Picea crassifolia and Picea purpurea and control effect of different methods against D.micans,the damage characteristics of D.micans were investigated in field,the scrape bark and pesticide treatments were used for control experiment.The results showed that P.crassifolia and P.purpurea could be infested by D.micans,and the infested rate of P.crassifolia was higher than that of P.purpurea;the main infested parts of the trunk of P.crassifolia were below 2.5 m,and the tree height range of 10-25 m and diameter range of 20-45 cm were susceptible by D.micans attacked;and the damage rate of D.micans was negatively correlated with canopy density.The control effect of scrape bark was 100%,and the control effects of trunk drilling and spraying were more than 95%.The results can provide basic support for ecological research and control of D.micans.
