Effects of Compound Probiotics on Growth Performance and Immune Function of Broilers
To analyze the effects of compound probiotics in feed on growth performance and immune function of broilers. Methods 300 yellow-feathered broilers on Changping Chicken Farm,Luozhou Township,Hezhang County,Guizhou Province were selected as the research objects of this experiment.Divide into two groups using a random number table method, with ten replicates per group, each containing 15 yellow feathered broiler chickens. The effects of compound probiotics on the growth performance and immune function of broilers were compared and analyzed. The average daily gain of broilers in experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain of broilers in experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The immune organ index values such as thymus index, spleen index and bursa of fabricius index of broilers in experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the serum IgM and IgA contents of broilers in experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The addition of compound probiotics in feed could significantly improve the growth performance and immune function of broilers, which will provide a reference for the rational application of compound probiotics on chicken farms in this area in the future, and is worthy of further promotion and application.
