富硒桑叶青贮饲料厌氧发酵试验研究

为探究桑叶青贮饲料厌氧发酵过程微生物变化及桑叶直接青贮效果不佳的原因,以益生菌复合发酵剂为改良剂,以玉米粉为底物,分A、B、C、D四组开展富硒桑叶青贮饲料厌氧发酵对比试验,制备富硒桑叶青贮饲料.A组为桑叶发酵(对照组),B组为桑叶+益生菌复合发酵剂混合发酵,C组为桑叶+玉米粉混合发酵,D组为桑叶+益生菌复合发酵剂+玉米粉混合发酵.结果表明,桑叶单独青贮品质不佳,原因是桑叶中的可溶性糖含量过低,无法产生足量的乳酸抑制腐败菌的发酵,影响了青贮品质;添加乳酸菌组改善了乳酸菌在发酵中的丰度优势以快速抑制青贮杂菌;玉米粉的添加提高了可溶性糖,足量的可溶性糖使桑叶附生的乳酸菌产生了足量的乳酸,有效抑制了腐败菌的生长,促进乳酸菌的生长,提高其产酸量;桑叶+益生菌复合发酵剂+玉米粉在温度为25℃、pH为6.5、物料含水率65%、发酵时间60d的条件下混合发酵,发酵后的富硒桑叶青贮饲料,其营养成分如蛋白质、脂肪含量提升,同时产生了丰富的乳酸、乙酸等生物活性物质,提高了饲料的营养价值和生物利用率.桑叶经发酵后,粗纤维、抗营养因子含量显著降低,极大地改善和提高了桑叶的饲用价值.
Experimental Study on Anaerobic Fermentation of Selenium Rich Mulberry Leaf Silage Feed
In order to explore the microbial changes in the anaerobic fermentation process of mulberry leaf silage and the reasons for the poor effect of mulberry leaf direct silage,the selenium rich mulberry leaf silage was prepared by using probiotic compound starter as the modifier,corn flour as the substrate,and the anaerobic fermentation contrast test of selenium rich mulberry leaf silage was carried out in four groups of A,B,C,D.Group A was mulberry leaf fermentation(control group),group B was mulberry leaf+probiotic compound starter mixed fermentation,group C was mulberry leaf+corn meal mixed fermentation,group D was mulberry leaf+probiotic compound starter+corn meal mixed fermentation.The results showed that the quality of mulberry leaves silage alone was poor,due to the low soluble sugar content in mulberry leaves,which could not produce sufficient lactic acid to inhibit the fermentation of spoilage bacteria,affecting the quality of silage;the addition of lactic acid bacteria group improved the abundance advantage of lactic acid bacteria in fermentation to quickly inhibit miscellaneous bacteria in silage;the addition of corn flour increased the soluble sugar,and sufficient soluble sugar made the epiphytic lactic acid bacteria of mulberry leaves produce sufficient lactic acid,effectively inhibited the growth of putrefactive bacteria,promoted the growth of lactic acid bacteria,and increased their acid production;mulberry leaf+probiotic compound starter+corn flour were mixed and fermented at 25℃,pH 6.5,material moisture content 65%,and fermentation time 60 days.After fermentation,selenium rich mulberry leaf silage increased its nutritional components such as protein and fat content,and produced rich bioactive substances such as lactic acid and acetic acid,which improved the nutritional value and bioavailability of the feed.After fermentation,the content of crude fiber and anti nutritional factors in mulberry leaves significantly decreased,greatly improving and enhancing their feeding value.
