摘要
欧洲水利遗产丰富,为从中获取水利遗产历史信息组织知识和经验,促进我国水利遗产的系统性保护和传承创新,有必要系统梳理和组织欧洲水利遗产信息资源.采用情报学理论与方法分析了欧洲水利遗产现状,结合信息技术发展趋势构建了欧洲水利遗产数字化保护信息技术方法体系,借助本体技术设计欧洲水利遗产信息资源组织过程,并提出了欧洲水利遗产信息资源组织合作管理平台的实现思路.研究结果表明:提出的组织框架有利于欧洲水利遗产数字化保护,随着信息技术发展,能够实现欧洲水利遗产信息资源共享应用.
Abstract
European water heritage is rich,in order to obtain the knowledge and experience of water heritage historical information organisation,it is necessary to systematically sort out and organise the European water heritage information resources,in order to promote the systematic protection and inheritance innovation of China's water heritage.With the help of intelligence theory and method,the current situation of European water conservancy heritage is firstly analysed,and then the information technology method system for digital protection of European water conservancy heritage is constructed by combining with the development trend of information technology;secondly,the organisation process of European water conservancy heritage information resources is designed with the help of ontology technology,and finally,the idea of the organisation and co-operation management platform of European water conservancy heritage information resources is put forward.The research results show that the organisational framework proposed in this paper is conducive to the digital protection of European water conservancy heritage,and with the development of information technology,it is able to realise the sharing and application of European water conservancy heritage information resources.
