Evaluation of land conservation and intensive utilization of water environment management projects in Taihu Lake Basin
The evaluation of land conservation and intensive utilization and diagnosis of its obstacle factors are of great significance for adhering to the red line of cultivated land and ensuring national food security.Taking the Taihu Lake Basin as an example,an evaluation system for land conservation and intensive utilization of water environment management projects was constructed from the perspectives of construction process and construction results. The information entropy-improved TOPSIS model was used to investigate the current situation and change trend of land conservation and intensive utilization of Taihu Lake management projects, and the obstacle degree model was used to diagnose the obstacle factors. The results show that the overall level of land conservation and intensive comprehensive utilization of Taihu Lake management projects is rising steadily. The ranking of land intensive utilization of the projects is as follows:Xinmeng River project(0.5644),Xingou River project(0.480 5),and Zoumatang project(0.431 6),all of which belong to the moderate utilization level(Grade Ⅲ)with great potential for improvement. The obstacle factors affecting land conservation and intensive utilization in the Taihu Lake governance projects exhibit variations in obstacle degrees. However, they generally show characteristics of concentrated obstacle factors and obvious commonalities in important obstacle factors.
