摘要

为提升黄河流域国家水利风景区综合效益,建立了该区域国家水利风景区综合效益的评价指标体系,运用熵权法和模糊综合评价法相结合的方式对黄河流域国家水利风景区综合效益的发挥情况进行了评价分析.结果表明,目前黄河流域国家水利风景区的综合效益发挥情况较为一般,且黄河流域下游国家水利风景区的综合效益发挥情况略逊于上游和中游.因此提出了做好水土保持工作、多途径拓展产业链、完善配套基础设施、加强水利风景区宣传推广等对策和建议,以期推动黄河流域水利风景区的高质量发展.

Abstract

In order to improve the comprehensive benefits of the national water conservancy scenic spots in the Yellow River Basin,the evaluation index system of the comprehensive benefits of the national water conservancy scenic spots in the region was established,and the combination of entropy weight method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate and analyse the performance of the comprehensive benefits of the national water conservancy scenic spots in the Yellow River Basin.The results show that the comprehensive benefits of the national water conservancy scenic spots in the Yellow River Basin are relatively general,and the comprehensive benefits of the national water conservancy scenic spots in the lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin are slightly inferior to those of the upper reaches and the middle reaches,and countermeasures and suggestions such as doing a good job of soil and water conservation,expanding the industrial chain in multiple ways,improving the supporting infrastructure,and strengthening the publicity and promotion of water conservancy scenic spots are put forward in this regard in order to promote the high-quality development of the national water conservancy scenic spots in the Yellow River Basin.
