Connotation and implementation mechanism of special social responsibility of leading corporate in water ecological treatment of large rivers under multi-party collaboration
In response to the wide impact range,multiple participants,and mandatory nature of the special social responsibility of the leading corporate,the collaborative theory was combined with the special social responsibility issues of the leading corporate.The characteristics of ecological treatment of large rivers,the special characteristics of the leading corporate,the relationships between governance parties,and the connotation and characteristics of the special social responsibility of the leading corporate were analyzed.A framework for implementing the special social responsibility of the leading corporate was constructed,and the collaborative mechanism for achieving special social responsibility was analyzed.The research results indicate that the universal connotation of the special social responsibility of leading corporate refers to a special social responsibility that needs to be fulfilled in order to fully implement the major strategies and deployments of the Party and the state.The implementation of special social responsibility by leading corporate relies on the collaboration between"two parties","three parties",and"four parties",and requires the participation of local governments and participating corporate.
